Terms of Service

Before We Start

- If we decide to work together, it is understood that you will comply with the following terms.
- I always ask my clients for a detailed description and a quick sketch to ensure a clear understanding of their design ideas.
- I will maintain continuous communication with the client throughout the project, ensuring they are informed about the progress and accomodating any necessary modification.
- Orders will be marked as canceled without a possible refund, if the payment was made but the customer does not reply to any communications/messages within 30 days.

Payments

- The payments are made by Paypal.
- The payment must be accomplished before we start the project.
- Once the payment is made and the commission has already started, it won't be possible to refund.

Modifications

- You may make as many modifications as you like during the process if they are minor and simple, but if you need to change such as the theme, something that already was accepted before we started it, or recreate the project, an additional fee will be agreed upon with the customer.
- Post-work corrections include a surcharge, depending on the complexity. (This applies when the design is already delivered).

Waiting List

- The waiting time will depend on the selected product and its complexity. Generally, talks regarding this are conducted through direct messages (DMs) with the customer.
- Usually, Clickbait Thumbnails are delivered between 1-3 days. (Depend on its complexity) This can be talked about and negotiated by DMs.
- Faster Orders are budgeted on DMs.

WorkFlow

- My WorkFlow consist in five different steps:
1. Brainstorming: In this step we will disccus your ideas, you can share some examples or sketches, and then we will agree on payment and estimated delivery time.
2. Render: I focus here on the 3D componenents of the project, covering environment creation, 3D posing, and lighting.
3. Composition: At this stage, I apply the last changes to the composition. For example, text, effects or aditional assests.
4. Color Correction: I finalize the project with a full color correction to guarantee a polished and appealing result.
5. Delivery: To conclude, I deliver the finished work as agreed.- Each step allows for multiple modifications under the Modification policy. After the step is consider complete, it won't be able to come back to it for free. Which means, that any further changes will require an additional fee that we will confirm together.

Delivery

- All the products that we offer are in the form of digital files, not physical objects.
- The file type delivered depends on the selected product. (MP4, WEBM, PNG, JPG)
